《超次次元游戏：海王星重生2》是由Compile Heart制作，Idea Factory发行的一款奇幻风格的RPG游戏，玩家将带领一群年轻的女神去组织一个邪恶的组织，随着剧情逐渐推进，她们会进入一个梦幻般的场景并且以回合制的方式和一些动物战斗，包括龙、机器人、泥人怪等等，玩家使用剑、枪、超大注射器以及七彩光芒攻击对手直到耗尽生命值，另外，战斗中伴随着撞击声以及痛苦的嚎叫。
日本游戏开发商Idea Factory日前公布消息，海王星系列（战机少女）系列新作《超次次元游戏 海王星Re;Birth2》“妹妹世代”（Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2: Sisters Generation）即将推出PC版，该游戏将于5月19日通过Steam平台发行。
新版特性：1080p高清画面/4位角色进行战斗，还能有更多提供支援/Stella可以帮助收集各种财宝/任意更改敌人难度及掉宝率/打造自定义装备。
